Liu Changya, Director of the Development Planning Department of the Ministry of Education, pointed out in his speech that common prosperity is not only an important content of Chinese-style modernization, but also an essential requirement of Chinese-style modernization. The grand goal of common prosperity has put forward new requirements for education, and accelerating the construction of a powerful education country in the new era and steadily promoting common prosperity will provide basic and strategic support for Chinese-style modernization.
Lu Xin, president of China Vocational and Technical Education Association and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education, made a report on "Common Prosperity: Contribution and Mission of vocational education", explaining how modern vocational education can serve the Party's second centennial goal from the perspectives of new orientation, new pattern, new mission, new value, new concept, new language, new ecology and so on.
Cheng Yuechong, Vice governor of Zhejiang Province, introduced the practice and thinking of Zhejiang to gradually build a high-quality education system and promote the process of education strengthening province by focusing on the goal of quality balance, highlighting the integration of production and education, taking extraordinary measures, vigorously developing lifelong education and strengthening digital empowerment.
