Folk song is one of the earliest language arts in human history, and also one of the representatives of Chinese traditional music. As early as in the primitive society, folk songs were produced in people's collective labor.
The traditional music courses of the national intangible cultural heritage series courses include Han folk songs, minority folk songs, folk songs, and regional singing performance art courses. Through the complementarity of professional courses and practical courses, students can be aroused their interests in this area and improve their cultural literacy. Each type of music course is set as 10 periods, which can be adjusted slightly according to the actual situation. Courses will be taught by the professional teachers or inheritors of intangible cultural heritage.
